All products sold by Handmade by Ladybug are handmade. Because each item is individually crafted, slight variations in color, pattern placement, embellishments, ribbons, charms, and other decorative details may occur.
These variations make each item unique and are not considered defects.
We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the exact appearance of the product.

4. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order occurs when your order has been processed and shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or other issues that may affect order fulfillment.
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorized payment providers. Handmade by Ladybug does not store or have access to your complete payment card information.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Handmade by Ladybug is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
