Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email provided with your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, though delivery times are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Handmade by Ladybug is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
Handmade by Ladybug is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will gladly assist customers in filing claims or locating shipments whenever possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the situation and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
